Good in Glasgow

Our well-being ambassador Karen Dunbar spotlights some of the people and organisations that are having a positive social impact in Glasgow.

The video podcast forms part of a wider digital platform. The Good in Glasgow platform is building a database to collect information about the services that are supporting communities throughout the city. To keep the database current, we run a volunteering programme for members of the public to become part of our network of “DigiConnectors”.

DigiConnectors are trained to help crowdsource information about local services to help keep Karen and our database up to date.

Refuweegee

Karen chats with Selina Hales the founder of Refuweegee, a charity set up to welcome and support individuals and families seeking asylum in Glasgow.
